Refund and Return Policy

Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused treats within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund—no questions asked. The following conditions apply:

  • The treats must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item.

General Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food).

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
